These papers are only available at higher level. The R at the end of papers stands for regional as these papers cater for the different time zones. The 'R' papers are used by centers in the Asian/Pacific regions.
Edexcel B has extra topics than Edexcel A which include matrices, factor theorem, algebraic division and factorising a cubic.
I have never come across a school in the UK offering this course. If a provate school in the UK offers iGCSE (only private schools offer this course) then they always offer the A course as opposed ot the B course.
