Work ethic is important, because, unlike intelligence, athleticism, or charisma, or any natural attribute, it’s a choice.

Don't fear failure, fear being in the same exact same place next year as you are now.

Time is your friend, impulse is your enemy.

Instead of finding reasons why you can't, find reasons why you can.

Go as far as you can see, when you get there, you’ll be able to see further

Don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.

We learn more from failure than we do from success.

Each day is an opportunity to improve. Aim to be that little bit better than yesterday and better tomorrow than today.

Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes.
