GCSE and A Level Maths are a marathon not a sprint

You can pick up a mistake and carry it as a burden,  or you can set it down as use it as a stepping stone to greatness.

Do Not Be Afraid To Make Mistakes. Each mistake teaches us something.

Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today. If today you have no time, it means tomorrow you'll be too tired and the next day you'll be something else.

Go as far as you can see, when you get there, you’ll be able to see further

Don't fear failure, fear being in the same exact same place next year as you are now.

Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

Work on your weaknesses until they are your strengths and work on your strengths until they are second nature.

The master has failed more times than the beginner has even tried

Good mathematics is not about how many answers you know... It is about how you behave when you don't know.

Don’t compare yourself to others. Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.

You can be shown the path, but only you can make the first step.

He who has begun his task is half-way done. Have the courage to begin!

Focus on progress, not perfection. Practise a little bit every day - little and often  Slow and steady wins the race.
