Focus on progress, not perfection. Practise a little bit every day - little and often  Slow and steady wins the race.

Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today. If today you have no time, it means tomorrow you'll be too tired and the next day you'll be something else.

Failure to prepare = preparing to fail

Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes.
