The gift of imperfection - let go of who you think you're supposed to be and embrace who you are.

There is no talent here. There is hard work and obsession. You could be anyone if you put in the time.

Work ethic is important, because, unlike intelligence, athleticism, or charisma, or any natural attribute, it’s a choice.

No matter how bad it gets, you’re still way ahead of those who haven’t even started.

Don't be afraid to take an unfamiliar path.  Sometimes they're the ones that lead you to the best places.

Go as far as you can see, when you get there, you’ll be able to see further

Do what you have always done and you will always be what you have always been

Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.

Start, struggle, fail, fix and learn. Repeat.

The bad news is time flies, the good new is that you're the pilot.

Don’t confuse your path with your destination. Just because its stormy now doesn’t mean you are headed for failure.
