Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes. 

Practice makes comfort. Expand your experiences regularly so every stretch won't feel like your first.

Work on your weaknesses until they are your strengths and work on your strengths until they are second nature.

Instead of finding reasons why you can't, find reasons why you can.
