Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes. 

There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.

Don't be afraid to take an unfamiliar path.  Sometimes they're the ones that lead you to the best places.

Failure to prepare = preparing to fail

Work ethic is important, because, unlike intelligence, athleticism, or charisma, or any natural attribute, it’s a choice.

Don’t confuse your path with your destination. Just because its stormy now doesn’t mean you are headed for failure.
