Patience is when you’re supposed to get mad, but you choose to understand

We are all maths people : step 1 - do maths and step 2 - be a person. 

There is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.

Focus on progress, not perfection. Practise a little bit every day - little and often  Slow and steady wins the race.

Never let a dark chapter make you forget that better days are ahead of you. Your story is far from over.

Work on your weaknesses until they are your strengths and work on your strengths until they are second nature.

Try and do one thing each day that you would really rather not do.

He who has begun his task is half-way done. Have the courage to begin!

Each day is an opportunity to improve. Aim to be that little bit better than yesterday and better tomorrow than today.

Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes.
