Don't expect to be good at maths or understand things straight away. Be patient and persistent. Rome wasn't built in a day, but they worked on it every single day. 

Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.

Never underestimate the importance of small steps. small steps = big changes. 

We are all maths people : step 1 - do maths and step 2 - be a person. 

Success is not final, failure is not fatal.  It is the courage to continue that counts.

Good mathematics is not about how many answers you know... It is about how you behave when you don't know.

We all make mistakes. What matters is how we choose to move forwards from them.

You can have results or excuses, not both
