There are no shortcuts to any place worth going.

Work on your weaknesses until they are your strengths and work on your strengths until they are second nature.

Don't expect to be good at maths or understand things straight away. Be patient and persistent. Rome wasn't built in a day, but they worked on it every single day. 

Everything you want is on the other side of fear

In order to become better than anybody else you must first become better than yourself.

Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come.

Good mathematics is not about how many answers you know... It is about how you behave when you don't know.

When you make a mistake, take another chance. Only when you choose not to do so do you fail.

It is never too late to turn an unproductive day into a productive one.
